It IS a Brand New Day...

Each day we wake up and deal with the routine things of life and try our best to do better today than what was done the day before.  Sometimes we succeed, sometimes we feel as though we are no closer to where we need to be than the year before.  We get up day after day and wonder when will the struggle end.  We feel like we're always the underdog.  We feel as though every time we take two steps forward, we're pulled 10 steps back.  We look for encouragement and sometimes it doesn't come.  We look for hope and feel like hope is throwing mud in our faces.  We wonder, "What am I doing wrong?  I'm an honest person and living an honest life and it seems like the dishonest are the ones that are getting ahead."

Continue to do what you know is right, what you know is true.  Know that your troubles won't last always and the clouds will not always hang heavy over your head.  Know that in the times when you're at your weakest is when you are at your strongest.  Not because of the strength you have, but because of the strength God has placed inside of you.

Each time you awake to see another day, thank God for it.  Don't look back on yesterday and drag yesterday's troubles into your new day.  Don't allow yesterday's attitude to get in the way of today's blessings.  Know that this is your day because you awoke to see it.  This is your time to shine.  It's a Brand New Day.... It is a Brand New Day....
